Do you know over 1 in every 8 Americans aged 40 to 60 is both raising a child and caring for a parent? Do you know between 7 to 10 million adults are caring for their aging parents from a long distance?
If you are a member of the Sandwich Generation, this workshop is for you!
Come join us for an evening of discussion about how to manage this growing challenge. We have assembled an esteemed panel of experts who will share their insights, ideas and practical advice.

About CCIL

The Coalition for Communication and Intercultural Leadership (CCIL) is a professional organization under Douglas and Isabelle Crocker Center for Civic Engagement at Fitchburg State University offering a variety of educational services in the areas of communication and intercultural leadership. Resources are devoted to offer professionals training and educational opportunities to expand their base of knowledge in intercultural leadership so they may face the challenges of the global workplace and build communication competencies to enhance leadership and foster understanding and productive work relationships.
CCIL will offer its services through professional associations, or directly to organizations and individuals so they may access to high quality educational opportunities and improve their professional practice.
CCIL produces a series of podcasts and other resources on communication and intercultural leadership topics free of charge either through this website, or other third party websites to reach-out to professionals. The podcasts are accompanied by a brief text based outline. These brief media presentations are intended to provide useful information and generate interest among professionals to enroll in distance courses or face-to-face courses. Through this partnership complete training programs or courses addressing a wide range of topics will be available at a reasonable cost for working professionals.
